Take Down Request

If you encounter content that may be illegal or otherwise violates the standards of a site based in the USA please contact us at support@fredsugar.com with the subject
"content violation"

If you appear in any scene and did not consent to it or would like to request a scene be removed that you did consent to please contact us 
support@fredsugar.com with the subject "content take down request"

Content Removal Policy
Consensual Legal Content Removal policy is to remove content after coming to a reasonable reimbursement rate for fredsugar.com for each scene requested.  
If an agreement can't be arranged, it will be referred to an independent 3rd party.  Outcome: If 3rd party arbitration sides with site(s) and compensation agreement reached content will remain removed
with no further effort required otherwise will possibly referred to attorneys.

Alleged illegal or improper content will be removed and investigated within 5 days. Outcome: If found to be in compliance with all applicable laws possibly reposted.
